TexSkill’s expertise is in the creation of innovative, responsive programs for delivery in manufacturing enterprises.

Courses can be delivered to suit all business levels from the newest operator to the most senior levels of management. An integrated whole of business approach is often used to create maximum impact.

Delivery is usually at the work site and may comprise various delivery strategies including the use of:

• classroom activities

All activities are facilitated in a manner designed to minimise impact on production and staff release while generating strong take up of enhanced skills in the workplace.

TexSkill operate across all locations and across all shifts.

Courses are nationally accredited and government funding is often available.
