Like all other RTO's we are required to annually report data to government outlining our performance against set criteria. Our Team
All TexSkill team members are highly trained and experienced people who bring together the skills and attributes to make a difference in your company. They are accustomed to dealing with the many issues that arise in the manufacturing sector and they are well placed to create sustainable solutions for our clients.
The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) mandates standards for trainers in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and you can be confident that TexSkill team members more than meet these mandatory standards. In fact all TexSkill team members undertake extensive lean training, including the Vocational Graduate Certificate in Competitive Enterprise. Many have also undertaken study missions to Japan to learn what international trends in lean education are transferable to Australia.
Within our team we provide skilled team members who can work with you to analyse and understand your business so that a tailored whole of business approach to your needs can be implemented.
