Roger Hayhurst

Mr. Hayhurst is a management consultant specialising in the textile related industries. He has over 30 years experience in Australia and overseas. Positions held include Staff Consultant with Werner International Brussels and General Manager of the TCF Development Authority. He is currently a director of AMCO Clothing Company Pty. Ltd. and International Fibre Centre Limited. He is a chartered Textile Technologist (C.TEXT.A.T.I.) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Linguists (A.I.L.)

Kerry Dickson

Mr. Dickson was the CEO of TexSkill Limited from the company's inception until 30 June 2007. After 15 years in the textile industry in technical and management roles. He joined the Melbourne College of Textiles in 1976 as a teacher of knitting technology. He subsequently became Head of the Textiles School and Assistant Director of the College. In 1990 he was appointed General Manager of TexSkill Limited. He has a Diploma of Textile Technology, a Bachelor of Education and Post Graduate Diploma of Education Administration.

Rick Pruckner

Mr. Pruckner is the Human Resources Manager of Frigrite Refrigeration. He has 19 years experience in training and development both within Australia and Internationally and holds Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management.

Helen Radatti

Ms. Radatti is a project manager consultant specialising in the Financial Services area. She has over 25 years experience in functional roles mainly in the area of Project Office management, Marketing and Information Technology. She has a Diploma of Project Management. Her general management roles were in large companies mainly GE ITS and Telstra Super Pty Ltd.
