About Us - TexSkill
Since 1991 TexSkill has specialised in the delivery of flexible, workplace training programs. Originally TexSkill was created to provide customised factory-based training for the Victorian textile industry.
We were so successful in this task that we followed many loyal customers into other areas of manufacturing. In the late nineties the company was supported by the Commonwealth to pursue national delivery to ensure that flexible and responsive training model would be available nationwide. To this day TexSkill remains one of the few RTO's capable of government funded accredited delivery in all states of Australia.
Appropriate corporate governance is of importance to TexSkill and the Board of Directors is engaged to provide direction and support to the company. This Board is made up of Directors with long expertise in the both manufacturing and education and their combined expertise maintains an appropriate focus on the needs of manufacturing clients and our own internal business development.

Systems (ILS) Australia
TexSkill is pleased to announce its support
of ILS Australia.
ILS Australia is a new company which is jointly owned by TexSkill and the Institute for Lean Systems USA. This joint venture brings together the best of two worlds – accredited training and lean manufacturing services. Since 2006 TexSkill has been delivering range of high quality lean education programs and services utilising the expertise of ILS USA facilitators. Now the two services have combined into one new company to provide a more streamlined range of services with greater service options specifically for the Australian market.
